Clients with specialized food requirements take more time in an already stressful daily business. After a client, who had gluten intolerance, gave me a DELICARDO Foodcard to give to the chef, I started to look into the whole topic of food intolerances. Now I am aware that any special request from a client could be driven by a health related reason, I am now much more open and relaxed in dealing with these clients.
